AI Visibility Snapshot

Online reputation management

Reputation management for your first page, and the first AI answer.

Your first page is your first impression. Before a meeting, an investment or a hire, people search your name, and increasingly they ask AI too. As a reputation management agency, we help executives, firms and brands build a first page that is accurate, current and representative, using methods that hold up to scrutiny.

Example: page-one search results for Your Name, with 4 of 5 results owned, earned or positive.

In short: Reputation Management

Online reputation management is the work of shaping what people find when they search a name or brand: building and strengthening accurate results, earning credible coverage and reviews, correcting errors, and using legitimate removal channels where they apply. It now covers AI answers as well as Google.

Before / after

When reputation work is needed, and what changes.

Typical patterns we see before Reputation Management work begins, and what the work is designed to change. Patterns, not promises.

  1. Before:

An outdated or unflattering article sits on page one for the name

    After:

Stronger, current, accurate results that reflect the full record

  2. Before:

AI assistants repeat an old dispute without context

    After:

Assistants summarize a broader, more current set of credible sources

  3. Before:

Thin results: a stale profile, an old bio, someone with a similar name

    After:

Owned profiles and a personal or brand site that rank and represent well

  4. Before:

Reviews go unanswered and a few critical ones set the tone

    After:

A steady flow of genuine reviews, each answered with composure

The work

What our reputation management includes.

6 workstreams, run as one program by one senior team.

  1. 01

    Search audit

A complete picture of what appears for your name or brand across Google, image results, news and AI assistants, and how each result is likely to be perceived.

  2. 02

    Owned assets

A personal or brand site, professional profiles and bios built to rank, and to represent you well when they do.

  3. 03

    Earned presence

Interviews, contributed articles, speaking pages and features that give search engines better, more credible results to show.

  4. 04

    Review strategy

Ethical systems for earning reviews from real clients and responding well to criticism. No fake reviews, ever.

  5. 05

    Removal, correction and suppression

Where content violates platform policies, is inaccurate or qualifies for removal, we pursue the proper channels. Elsewhere, we build stronger results around it.

  6. 06

    Monitoring

Ongoing alerts for new mentions and changes in your results, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

Can you remove negative search results?

Some content can be removed or corrected when it violates platform policies or law. Most improvement comes from building stronger, accurate results that rightly outrank it. We are clear about which applies before we begin.

How much does online reputation management cost?

It depends on what appears today and what needs to change. A single outdated result is a very different project from a sustained campaign. We scope every engagement after an audit and agree the scope and fee before work begins.

How long does reputation repair take?

Correcting profiles and strengthening owned results can show effect within weeks to months. Displacing an established negative result usually takes longer, because it depends on building stronger, credible results around it.

Is reputation work confidential?

Yes. Discretion is standard. We sign NDAs on request and never publish client names without permission.

Does reputation affect AI answers too?

Yes. AI assistants draw on the same sources as search: news, reviews, profiles and your own site. Improving those sources improves how AI describes you.

What do you not do?

We do not write fake reviews, build networks of thin sites, or make legal threats on a client's behalf. These methods carry legal and reputational risk and tend to make matters worse.
