Executives & Individuals

Executive reputation management, for the search before the call.

People search your name before they take your call. Boards, investors, partners and journalists all do their research, and increasingly they ask AI. Our personal reputation management helps leaders build a search presence that is accurate, current and reflects their real work, and keep it that way.

Example: page-one search results for Your Name, with 4 of 5 results owned, earned or positive.

Questions your clients ask AI

Before they call, they ask.

In short

Personal reputation management shapes what appears when someone searches an individual's name: a personal site and profiles that rank, earned coverage, a knowledge panel where eligible, corrections to inaccurate information, and reduced exposure of private details. For executives it also covers what AI assistants say about them.

Clients in executives & individuals now put questions like these to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews. The answer is assembled from what the web already says about you.

Knowledge panels and personal profiles

Google shows a knowledge panel for people it can identify confidently from credible sources. Eligibility depends on genuine notability, consistent profiles and clear structured data. No one can guarantee a panel; we strengthen the signals it relies on as part of our broader reputation management work.

What is personal reputation management?

It is the ongoing work of making sure what people find when they search your name is accurate, current and representative: strong owned profiles, earned coverage, corrected errors and, where appropriate, less exposure of personal details.

How discreet is the process?

Entirely. We sign NDAs on request, communicate directly with you or your office, and never reference client names without permission.

Do I need a personal website?

Usually, yes. A simple, well-built personal site is the single asset you fully control, and it often becomes your strongest result.

Can you remove my name or personal information from Google?

Google offers removal processes for certain personal information, such as contact details and some sensitive data, and we can help you use them. Lawfully published news and commentary generally cannot be removed, so the realistic approach is to build a stronger, current record around it.

Can you get me a Google knowledge panel?

No one can guarantee one. Google shows knowledge panels for people it can identify confidently from credible sources. We strengthen the signals it relies on: consistent profiles, structured data and genuine coverage.
